Toronto Lasik Patient Sales Coordinator Wanted
Established Lasik practice in Toronto looking for a full time patient care sales coordinator. The ideal candidate should have ophthalmology experience, a customer service superstar with face to face and phone sales experience. Must be a self motivator, team player and willing to learn. A professional demeanor and appearance is a must while being energetic, outgoing and engaging with a positive attitude.
Duties include:
- Assist patients with lasik decision and scheduling procedures
- Promote patient confidence in their surgical/non-surgical experience and answering their questions and concerns
- Liaison between the patient and the office, ongoing contact and communication
- Liaison between the physician and the patient – supporting and keeping the patient informed
- Able to learn and become knowledgeable of physician services, policies, procedures, and treatment protocols
- Computer savvy
- Starting salary 45k plus commission with first year potential of 120K
